Karoly Kosza
Director
MCIOB, MCABE, CBuildE
Karoly who is co-founder of KT Frame Solutions has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. His strong technical background stems from his civil engineering degree combined with the projects he delivered as a project manager, both in the UK and Europe.
His examplary project management skills which were developed through experience and achieving a PHD level in management, and his title of Chartered Construction Manager and Chartered Building Engineer are invaluable to deliver successful projects and the growth of our company.
Tenesh Devarajasingham
Director
BEng, MSc
Tenesh who is the other co-founder of KT Frame Solutions has over 10 years experience within the construction industry. Having finished a civil engineering degree and Masters in Structural Engineering whilst working as a structural engineer, Tenesh has developed strong technical skills within both the design and construction environment.
His ability to lead design teams and co-ordinate on site is invaluable. Furthermore his forward thinking attitude is a great asset to our growing company.
Peter To
Development & Investments
Peter’s extensive career in law, property investments, and acquisitions makes him the perfect candidate to oversee our strategic approach to development partnerships and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes with all our partners. With a wealth of experience in asset management and executing deals that prioritise everyone’s interests, Peter is well-equipped to make anything work .
Benjamin Kosza

At KT Frame Solutions, Benjamin is our acquisition manager. With a keen eye for identifying strategic opportunities, Benjamin is responsible for spearheading our company’s growth through effective acquisitions that align with the company’s vision. Nour Nagy
Architect & Site Manager
Nour, Architect / Site Manager at KT Frame Solutions, brings over 8 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and site management. With a background in architectural engineering, he has successfully delivered a wide range of high-spec residential and commercial projects across the UK and the Middle East.
His strong design sensibility, combined with hands-on construction expertise, allows him to manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and detail on-site. Nour’s proactive approach and proven track record make him a valuable part of our delivery team and continued company growth.
