Karoly Kosza
Director
MCIOB, MCABE, CBuildE
Karoly who is co-founder of KT Frame Solutions has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. His strong technical background stems from his civil engineering degree combined with the projects he delivered as a project manager, both in the UK and Europe.
His examplary project management skills which were developed through experience and achieving a PHD level in management, and his title of Chartered Construction Manager and Chartered Building Engineer are invaluable to deliver successful projects and the growth of our company.
Tenesh Devarajasingham
Director
BEng, MSc
Tenesh who is the other co-founder of KT Frame Solutions has over 10 years experience within the construction industry. Having finished a civil engineering degree and Masters in Structural Engineering whilst working as a structural engineer, Tenesh has developed strong technical skills within both the design and construction environment.
His ability to lead design teams and co-ordinate on site is invaluable. Furthermore his forward thinking attitude is a great asset to our growing company.
Kirthana Nadarajah
Office Manager
Kirthana is a recent graduate who brings previous experience as a Marketing executive and assistant. With a strong work ethic and motivation, she is well-equipped to support the company in various tasks and to take on new challenges. Her dedication and adaptability are a valuable addition to our team.
Bolaji Oyebamiji
Project Engineer
At KT Frame Solutions, Bolaji is our project engineer. Bolaji has a broad spectrum of experience in both commercial and residential construction.
An Engineer with a strong academic background who is driven, analytical, and results oriented. Regarded as a persistent self-starter with drive and ambition. Because of this, he is a valuable asset to our expanding business.
Vasile Dumea
Site Manager
Vasile has 25 years of experience in the construction industry across Spain, Romania, and the UK. His expertise spans residential and commercial projects, showcasing his adaptability and versatility. Since joining our team last year, Vasile has consistently added value to our business with his exceptional leadership and qualifications in PASMA, SMSTS, and as a qualified carpenter.
With his invaluable experience, leadership skills, and diverse qualifications, we are confident in his ability to drive our company’s success and deliver outstanding results in the construction industry.
Adam Konopka
Site Manager
Adam has over 10 years of experience in effectively managing assignments and team members. He is an experienced Team Leader with demonstrated knowledge in safety Compliance and dedicated to Self-development to provide expectation-exceeding service. Accurately follows directions, maximising overall team efficiency and minimising errors.
Adam is a safety-focused worker, who dedicated to completing assigned work within deadlines. A real team player, who is motivated to contribute to smooth-running site operations.
