The Coach House
The Coach House in Northumberland Heath was a challenging refurbishment and conversion project involving a vacant former office building that had fallen into a poor state of repair. The property was comprehensively upgraded and brought in line with current Building Regulations before being successfully converted into two modern residential apartments, comprising one 2-bedroom unit and one 1-bedroom unit. This project demonstrates how underutilised commercial buildings can be regenerated to create much-needed housing while revitalising existing urban spaces.

Southern Road
This project marked our first completed airspace development, transforming previously unused rooftop space into two modern one-bedroom apartments.
